Education, Training and Experiences
Dr. Medhat Guirguis obtained his medical diploma from Ain Shams University, Egypt. He completed his psychiatry residency training at Texas Tech University Health Science Center (TTUHSC), Lubbock, and for fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX, where he received fellowship training in Geriatric Psychiatry.
Dr. Guirguis has been a psychiatrist for more than ten years. He has worked in different clinical settings and held various administrative positions, including the medical director of the geriatric unit at Terrell State Hospital and the Clerkship Director of psychiatry at TTUHSC.
Dr. Guirguis is Board-certified in Adult General Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry. He is adept in diagnosing and managing various mental disorders in adults, and older adults includes all types of dementia. He provides comprehensive and individualized care for his patients. He is trained in adult psychiatry, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and discreet office-based treatment of addiction.

Linda Pham is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and completed extensive clinical training at John Peter Smith Hospital. Linda specializes in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of mental health conditions in adults.
With extensive nursing experience, Linda brings a strong clinical foundation and leadership background to her psychiatric practice. She performs comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and collaborates closely with patients to support their mental wellness goals. Her diverse healthcare experience enhances her ability to provide thoughtful, patient-centered care.
