Treatment is administered in-office under supervision, starting twice weekly for four weeks, then once weekly for 4 weeks and then tapering to every other week. Sessions typically last about two hours, during which office staff monitors blood pressure. Patients must arrange transportation home after each visit, as driving is not permitted until the next day.
